just looking for some pictures of peoples light setups up front without HID's (dont have the money for them now). I purchased the superwhite bulbs from custommaxima and dont know if i should go with superwhites totally up front, or superwhites in the corners and yellow in the courtesy lights and turn signals or all amber lights or what?? just need some pics so i can see what i like. hope you guys can help me cause im tryin to order some polargs tonight.

hyper whites defently dont equal rice...amber makes it look like a stock camry, civic, or something like that....even tho its photoshopped a tad, check my sig....

 

i even think the piaa bulbs in the directionals are ricey but when i put the orange bulbs in the diamond cuts and my red/clears it just doesnt look good so i'm just keepin the piaa's until i find a better orange color, or maybe yellow? or just until someone has a better idea that i like. ideally i want what "geo" did to his but i dont have the ***** to start doin that to the housings.

 

as long as it all white and not blue, how is that rice?

 

yea but its weird i have piaa bulbs in both front and back but up front the light output is bluish/white but in the back, "red/clears" its real white. Anyone have this prob?

Hyperwhites are hawt as hell.....and I don't see why everyone dislikes blue so much. I bought some APC blue HID look-alikes and actually really liked them. lol, but I'll probably get flamed for posting this, so I'm out...

yea man i have piaa in the front clearance lights and i hate them...they look like baby blue...i wanted white....if i hids to match i wouldnt mind them but i dont so...i wanna find really white ones without goin to led but im yet to find some...

 

i like how that looks alot actually....at least better than the amber, just lose the washer leds....

 

ahh i sorta gotta go with Maxima99SE... i think putting color bulbs..like blue.. hyper white is sorta ... i meant its just what i think don tget mad or offended .. i kept my ambers amber.. bu i am guilty of putting in red gel covers over the rear signal .. to make it red.... i wna tot make the housing red in the rear for the signal.. but toomcuh work.. no more ripping apart lighs for a while...

wow i though those fogs were hids at first...look really good...y didnt u get them for the headlights also or do they not make them in 9004?

 

i wish they made them for the headlights! they only make the super plasma series for the H3 and H4 bulbs.. i love them though.. they do look like hid's to me.. they are a purplish-blue color.. you can see the actual color in the middle pic, drivers side fog.. the digital camera readjusts the colors on the other two..

I definitely like the amber corner/parking light look with the really white headlights... I use silverstars, and they're okay but next time I don't think I'll waste the money on them.

Here's my picture. And no, I don't drive with all these lights on all the time... I normally have the OEM fogs off.

love the hids, but the fogs gotta go, not feelin them....

 

change the fogs.. not feelin the contrast between the fogs and hid's.. also your corner lights arent all the same color amber.. the offset doesnt look that good at all.. your side markers and turn signals are yellow and the side lights are amber.. other than that i like the hid's.. just personal opinion..

Here are my old ones. I have since changed them. I think the name of them were Redline and i got them from bestbuy. They melted my headlight connectors a couple of months after i got them. Now I the Nokya Arctic white Bulbs.
