That suck but atleast you have your max i would have shot the truck driver lol.... But the best part is they stole your battey i think if someone stole the battery and all the parts off my max i would atleast get a good laugh before shooting myself in the head lol!

This is almost too odd for me. I had a friend, older guy, that moved to NZ also. I can't think of the town now but that's besides the point. He sent over his bmw only to get it 2 months later and with red paint and a smashed up bumper. Filed so many complaints. Turns out that one of the employee's took it out and hit a fire hydrant in NC before they put it on the ship.
Company didn't mention anything and acted suprised but they already had an accident form filled out because the kid who took it for a spin felt bad. Needless to say, new front bumper, lights, grille, and paint on the front and ended up getting reimbursed for the shipping costs which is amazing! I would suggest going for a full refund. Gotta read the fine print though.
