HELP!! burning smell from rear left wheel well
I've been smelling a electrical/tire burning kinda smell from the rear left wheel well since the past 2 days. i am not sure if \the smell comes after driving or if its starts smelling when I start my car but I cant seem to figure it out. I looked under there and dont see anything damaged or burnt or anything. Brakes work fine and besides minor sqeeking noise once in a while from the rear no major issues. I had all my rotors and brakes replaced a few months ago and everything is working perfectly fine since then.
Anyone have any idea's as to what it might be? would appriciate the help troubleshooting it.

IMO the part where you are talking about there isnt much really to go wrong except for a sticky caliper. It may be draggin just enough to get the tire to rub, rear calipers are common issues on fourth generations even with your recent brake service. my .02

I called courtesy - and I think the guy said about $300 - or somewhere around there..... if you want to make sure you can look at the rotor.... after much driving the rotor should be red from heating up... happened to me before when mine was sticking.... there is a sticky that has some how-to's on some solutions in here somewhere..... another way to tell is when you let off the gas you'll feel a very slight pull back.....

thanks! yeah its strange was i dont notice any pullback or sticking going on....i remember my dad's oldsmobile which use to have a sticky brake cylinder which i use to notice while i was driving and hitting the brakes...you can even hear the cylinder getting unstuck after you start moving again. I dont notice any of that on the max.
I am gonna jack up the car and turn the wheel and see how freely it moves compared to the other to figure out whats going on...

I would most likely search the junk yard for a used original equipment nissan caliper locally they wanted 40 dollars for one (Ma). Autozone offers aftermarket equivalent with a lifetime warranty for 70 ish you can choose

If you need new calipers, go to autozone.
