ive had green underglow for a while and all of a sudden it doesn't work....flick the switch and nothin....so if i jiggle some wires around it works but if i shut it off it doesn't work again......an i know i got it hooked up right......im pretty good wit wiring stuff

 

Where are u getting your power from? check the connection from where ever you are jiggling and making it work.. or check around where the wires meet your neons. triple check your wiring.. because thats where your problem is if you know the neons have the ability to come on
