How to aim headlights?

I know there are two black things that use an 8mm socket to turn on the back of each headlight housing. which one is the one i would use to aim my headlights lower, the upper, or lower one? and would i turn clockwise or counterclockwise to do so? thanks

... just turn them and find out, it isnt that hard. You can see the headlight assembly moving when u turn the black things.

Alright, instead of telling me the obvious that i could just turn them, you could have said which way. Now that i know its the lower ones, ill have to guess which way is up or down.

ONCE again I will say this, Its the lower black tab. I think when you turn it towars the left (loosen) It lower's and towards the right (tighten) It will raise. I had to do them for my hids. Pay very close attention to what your doing so you can aim they right. Its nothing hard.

You are right. i just did this couple of days ago for my new bulbs, once again clockwise(tighten) is up and counter-clockwise(loosen) is down. The upper screw will move them side to side clockwise-right and coutner clockwise-left.
