damn.
something more than likely is bent, is jsut a matter of finding out what.
control arm
sway bar
broken axle/cv joint
best bet is to jack up and take off the wheel and inspect, to find out exactly what has bent or broken, better to find out that way then when driving down the road and it reveals itself then.

control arm
sway bar
those would have nothing to do with the vibration. but the control arm may be bent. the sway bar is supposed to bend, unless the mount broke. you may have also bent the wheel lugs, crushed the bearing, bent the hub/knuckle. did you hit the side of the wheel by any chance? b/c then you should be ready to shell out some serious $$$.

Try this...
Jack up one side enough so the tires are off the ground. Then turn or spin the wheel several times and see if you hear excessive noise. If you do, then its most likely the wheel bearing. If you are comfortable with removing your own tire/wheel, do it and do your own visual inspection all around each side of the axle. Let us know what you find.
