Shock sensor question???

I just bought the 791xv today and i already love it but the sensitivity on it is real high. So you can petty hit it hard and nothing unless the glass breaks or something. I kno you can change the sensitivity but can this be done yourself or do i just bring it back and they mess with it ?? let me kno thanks

If you know where the shock sensor is, all you have to do is turn the pot to adjust.

Find the senor and look for an adjustment screw (poteniometer). Turn the screw a little and do a trial and error. (arm the alarm, wait a minute and bang your window)
