Hub Centric Rings

Do these really correct the vibration problem like the manufacturer says. Bec even with my BRAND NEW RIMS AND TIRES balanced out, they still shake at 35. 60, 90, and 115 mph's. and it annoys the shlt out of me. so they say these little rings that go in the center of the inside of the rim will correct this problem..bs?

What's the wheel bore size of your new rims? If it's much larger than the Nissan's 66.1mm that could very well be the problem.
