Fluid for the heated seat? WTF? My passenger side bulb is out, and the heated seat doesnt work either, so what could that be?

a fuse maybe

the bulb should be just pull out and replace, or twist, nothing complicated just pop out the switch fromr the center console, disconnect plug, and take apart, should be pretty straight forward.
