Cigarette lighter help.

does anybody know what color wire the power wire is on the cigarette lighter? Those things get confusing. I got a black wire and an orange wire. Logic would dictate that black is ground but I want to double check on it, seeing as every wiring system is diffrent.

The orange is hot, the black is ground.

For future reference my friend, get yourself a Haynes manual and a test light or multi-meter wouldn't hurt either.
