I've got the entire service manual on my computer for a 97 Maxima if you can't find anything else. There was a link to it but its either dead or not working right now. Post your e-mail and I can send you the sunroof part.

Thanks Patrick.
Hopefully this is a remove and replace of the sunroof for a salvage sunroof.
Peace,
Kevin

Have you already bought the new sunroof? You can usually rebuilt the sunroof for ~$50. Thats what I did.

Made dumb mistake of listening to dealer. (no individual parts for sunroof, have to buy entire mechanism).

Installed salvage unit. Works like a champ. Broke a few minor plastic peices.
Now shopping for those.....

Thanks for all teh help.

Another tip - I broke one of the plastic pieces (the one that has a wedge shape to it and goes on the track) and thought it was no big deal. Turns out my sunroof broke again a couple months later and I had to do it all over again. Make sure you do it right the first time. As far as I can remember, all of the plastic pieces you might have broken are included in the kit I mentioned. Part# is 91350-4OU20 if you need it.

Thanks....
Pulled apart replacement sunroof and inspected and lubed EVERTHING with lithium grease.

Works better than new.....

Fingers crossed (and spare sunroof in the wings).....

Peace,
Kevin
