Code 0510?

My CEL came on today and I got the code 0510 from it(rear oxygen sensor). Could this be because I have a hi-flow cat? I reset it and am hoping it never comes back. Any ideas?

I just fixed the same error code. It's the downstream O2, right bank. Bosch P/N 13374 is a direct replacement, it plugs right in, even the clips that hold the wire in place are placed exactly where they are supposed to be. You can pick it up on the net for around 80-90 bucks.

EDIT: That sensor is before your hi-flow cat, it monitors a pre cat.
