The antenna on my car is stuck in the down position. The motor works fine to retract the antenna (I've pulled the antenna up, turned off the radio, and the motor lowers the antenna), but does not raise the antenna. How can I fix this? What part(s) need to be replaced?

Buy an antenna mast on eBay because the one you have is bent. I got mine for just under $20. Install it and you will have a fully functional antenna. Let me get you a link...
