Is it same engine + turbo or there is more modifications??

What cars have it. Because i read something that and it was saying vq30det but no details. only engine model. Do you know more about this engine??

Didn't the Cefiro come with it? Lower compression if I recall correctly. Meccanoble had the engine, didn't he?
