If I was to get these would I need new suspension too or is stock decent enough for tein springs?

If your talking about shocks/springs, which are setup differently than a coilover system, which he's talking about - most people would agree that any aftermarket lowering spring would need to have the shocks replaced as the stock shocks wouldn't last very long.

Now, if your talking about the coilover system - it's practically all you need. Coilovers come with the shock absorber and spring in one unit.

Yeah i saw they for like $800 for spring and shock. Good deal? How do they ride/perform?

I've read a lot of mixed opinions but IMHO, I wouldn't get coilovers unless I bought a complete coilover system (something such as the JIC FLT-A2's) but then again, thats just my opinion.

Hopefully other members will come in and comment further.

I got the coilovers. One of the best investments on my car so far I love the ride and bein able to adjust em. If you get the coilovers you replace your shock/strut combo that was there (stock)

I recently had an org member ask me about these coilovers. I've been wanting for a while to do a writeup on them, and share my experiences with them. Here is the writeup. It's everything you'll ever need to know about the coilovers.

I'm just going to keep posting this link in the TB threads that keep coming up since there isn't much info about them out there.

how do these ride compared to say maxspeeds, i've got max speeds with illuminas and it sags in the rear from the weight of the system and i hate it, i want a nice even drop but all the coilover set ups ive riden in have been like apc and horible bands that are all bouncy and i dont want that, any input would be greatfull...good write up by the way

Ride is excellent, smoother than stock over good surfaces IMO. When it gets bumpy, it gets REALLY bumpy.
