Cheap feeling when I downshift...

When i downshift from like 4th to 3rd the shifter really feels cheap thats on there...its the stock shifter and when i like move it up into the gear (3rd) it just feels like cheap (maybe gonna break) any one else experience this ???

yeah, it feels like the whole shifter is going to bend right over or snap in half...
