Ok i am in my car and i am just in park and i decided to turn the wheel right and i hear like a strainging not clicking noise (very low) and its like a pull on like a compressor i think! could it be power steering?

 

Your power steering fluid level is probably low. Check it and add Dexron III compatible automatic tranny fluid as needed.

 

Sound may definitely be your power steering solenoid (you have variable assist steering). Fluid may be low, as was said earlier.

 

uh... tranny fluid for power steering?..

 

Absolutely. Check an FSM if you don't believe me.
