Traction Control

I havent seen any threads on this...
What is required to add traction control to a 99 Max which wasn't equipped with it stock?

I assume actuators, ECU change, but is there anything more? Is there a write-up somewhere I havent seen yet?

I think it's handled by the ECU and works using the signals from the ABS wheel speed sensors to monitor wheel spin. There are no actuators, I believe the ECU simply throttles down the engine by altering fuel delivery.
