Not to be self-righteous mzmtg, but what was the last time you saw MOST heavily tuned vehicles in Japan having clears? Most people may not know this, including yourself, but it's a myth that clears = JDM.

My friend runs a huge Evo site www.evonation.com. His name is Peter. I want to see you go on their forums and say clears = JDM or that amber /= JDM.

Anyway, he often travels to Japan to get truly JDM parts for heavily tuned evos, not just Evo 8's, in fact, mostly older, more powerful evos. He has many pictures, aside from the site, with Evos and highly tuned vehicles, which he photographed while there. Practically all of them have OEM amber turn signals. It is only in America that clears have been adopted as JDM in such magnitude.

NONE of the lights for our cars are JDM. The only place our body style was sold is north america. Therefore, nothing on it can possibly JDM.

lol agreed, but I mean he likes the JDM style being ambers/stock colored. Though aren't the JDMs crystal clear ambers?... (i know clear and color are two different things, I mean there's no foggyness with JDM lamps)

Stock muffler + nice tip = best IMO

I think Pinnacle nissan has them cheapest. You can also try JerryRomeNissan and enter "brakes" code at checkout for a 20% discount. I don't recall which one I went with. It was one of the two and long time ago.

Secret to you all: It works even on non-brake components.

2kracing.com has the nicest tips anywhere, for the price. I searched the internet for 3 days non-stop before I realized that it's the best place to buy from. All tips are SS and you basically specify the size when you order in the "comments" section. I know because I called them. The reason they don't specify sizes is because they can ship you a particular tip in whatever size you want. I believe they go anywhere from 1.5" inlet to 3" inlet. Then it's 3" outlet to like 5" outlet. Mine was 2.5" inlet and 4" outlet. I'd go with a 2.25" inlet though, as it will be a more direct fit with less hassle to weld on the OEM muffler tip. OH yeah, I got the one here:
