Alternate Size for Injen CAI
Alternate Size for Injen CAI
I've got a question for all those automatics with an Injen CAI:
Is there a larger filter you can fit in there? By default the Injen Intake is pretty small, and because I'm an auto, some of the transmission supports actually rub against the filter (ie not much space). Has anybody had success in putting in a different, perhaps larger sized one?

ive got an auto with a k&n on the end of mine and the only thing that is hard to do is get it down there.. once its down there it fits fine and doesnt rub on anything.. and it actually is completely out of the way of the flow of air coming from the radiator.. like i said its hard squeezin it down in there.. youve got to kind of pull the upper radiator hose out of the way to fit it in there.. but after that you just manouver it down there.. then by adjust the angle on all the hoses with set the filter where you want it.. but it can be done.. goodluck..
