Flywheel Whoas

My current setup is a Fidanza flwheel and ACT clutch. I hate the stage 1!!Last year I had the stage II and Fidanza setup and ruined my flywheel which ended the life of my clutch and cost me over $1000 to replace back to a less aggresive clutch. Anyways, I want the stage II clutch again abut don't want to ruin anymore flywheels! What should I do? I would prefer not to go back to OEM flywheel and keep a lighter one in mated with the desired clutch, do they make a better material to use that retains its lightwieght features and especially strength?! I dont' wanna have to go to titanium unless the flywheel is less than $600, but that's unlikely...any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

p.s. I wanting the stageII setup again because of the way it felt and drove, i know it may seem pointless to have it while not being boosted but to each their own...thanks for the help!

The ACT pressure Plates are everly aggressive and "bowled" my flywheel pretty bad. My Clutch blew last summer (ACT Stage II) and when taking it all apart, I found the flywheel was pretty hosed up. Took it to a shop where I know the owner (old-time drag racer guy) and he said that overly aggressive Pressure Plates cause that....they push the clutch into the Flywheel too hard, causing the problem. Of ours,e as with any clutch setup, 50% of wear is directly caused by driving habits.

If you want an agressive clutch, go with a Clutchnet Clutch. Less agressing pressure Plate with just as good if not better grabbing power.

I have the Clutchnet Sprung-Hub 6-puck clutch, but that may be overly aggressive for a Naturally Aspirated car.
