That is the razzi bodykit, looks terrible.. and that was a member of this site in the OG days

My guess is he/she took out the red and orange lens and just left it out, Because you can see clearly through them, and they left the inner light alone, but changed the outer taillight.. Just open them up as you would if you was changing it to be like the "david L's", but take out the red & orange lens leaving it clear.. my .02

 

prob aint gnna anyways most likely tint out the tails cuz i have a blk max

What??? They are just all clear lenses, they were purchased like that. Yes you can paint them but you can't take apart the 95-96 tails to make them look like that.
