All this talk about swapping the 95-96 to the 97-99 style has made me do a little researching. I believe that the least mod and parts that are needed are the following. #1. Need the Headlight brackets from the 97-99 part#'s 26025-40U00 AND 26075-40U00 from Courtesy Nissan these cost only $29 each, from what I researched, you should be able to use the 95-96 headlights the only other part you would need would be the 97-99 grill, I believe that the 97-99 headlight brackets just repositions the grill so that the 97-99 grill will fit. I have not tried this yet but will do so in the next few weeks. So basically for about $100 you can make your 95-96 ALMOST look like a 97-99 car.

How do you figure?

$100 bucks for Grill and a pair of headlights new from Courtasy Nissan, your looking at a bare minimum of $350 if you buy aftermarket parts. My local Nissan dealer wanted $500 for a pair of lights and $200 for the grill. Please explain what your talking about.

How do I figure $100 or less >>>>>

You can purchase a used 97-99 grill for about $40 or less here on the forum from what I have seen, The headlight brackets are $29 a piece and you need 2. If you read my message above it says that you should be able to use the 95-96 lights as a direct swap over. Now this will not five you the full 97-99 look, but in my opinion it will give you what it is that makes the 97-99 look and that is the grill.

Re: Try a junkyard and look for a 97-99 that got rear ended or

so far as my nissan parts guy tells me, and even showed me on the diagram, in order to do the bumper, you need the bumper cover, the styrofoam peices and a handfull of brackets. Then you need it painted. Best to look in the JY.
