If you want to drive to dc, and you have a black interior, we can swap interiors. i don't want my aluminum one anymore. I have a 99 5spd w/o climate control

i like CF it's a lot more subtle, yet still looks nice. I need better pics though

enjoyincubus504, we could meet up sometime if you'd like a live look at it. I got my kit through www.woodtrim.com a few years back.

I got mine from http://www.sportcompactonly.com/prod...2179&catid=143, they have real aluminum kits for around $180 shipped to your door. What ever you do, don't get the fakey vinyl crap! Just leave it stock before you do that...whatever you choose get the real deal, its visual quality is unmatched! Good luck yo!

ive got carbon fiber.. and got mine off of ebay from best_dash_trim.. i paid about 130 for it.. its a 30-piece kit... it looks great.. its made with "real" carbon fiber.. not vinyl.. i dont really like the way brushed aluminum looks.. personal preference though.. heres some pics of mine..

go with CF, i regret not getting it instead of Brushed Aluminum. my dash kit wont stay stuck down, i cleaned the surfaces before and used the adhesive promotor but its starting to peel up. and after it peels up it leaves the glue still on the plastic part, ill trade anyone with stock black interior in good shape for my pieces with brushed aluminum on them.

I like my aluminum dash kit. I do like CF also. But most of my interior is of an aluminum color so it just wouldn't flow right.

This is an ebay one I got a while ago. If I could do it over again I would've painted it. I think it looks a lot better painted.

if you could paint the area where the a/c controls and all that stuff are i would definitely paint mine either a flat black (similar to black stock) or a medium gray-silverish color. it just looks better and is much better than covering the entire car with stickers. but since that cant be done, i think i have made my decision to go with carbon fiber... i just like the darker look much better

You need to tell us the color of your dash before we can answer you. If it is tan (barf) then go with CF, if it is black (yeah baby!) then go with Aluminum.
