Leaky fuel injector??

So my car was sitting for about five days before I went to start it today. I walk out, turn the key and it almost starts but sputters and dies. I try to start it again and now it's making a funky noise. Sounds like the pin in the starter won't engage properly and the car doesn't sound like it's turning over. So now I'm stuck....I call a tow truck to tow it (I don't have any tools to fix anything myself) and when he shows up he says to give it a shot...I try and he says the engines is turning over keep trying...he pumps the throttle...and vrrrmmmm it starts up. I turned it off and tried again, it starts and continues to start with each attempt afterwards. The tow guy said it could be a leaky fuel injector that's flooding the engine or a messed up throttle body...anyone have any problems like this before???

same exact thing happened to me a few months ago. three out of my six fuel injectors were bad. i replaced them all. no engine damage though, try doing a compression test, or have whatever place you take your car to do a compression test to comfirm the fuel/oxygen mixture is fine. because if the engine gets flooded it may result in bent piston rods and dented pistons, not to mention a big mess
