help with intake install

help with intake install

Are there anything specific i have to do to make sure my CEL doesnt come on when i install my injen cold air intake for a 99 max. I know that some people dont like this intake but for those that have it or installed it before is there anything i should keep in mind when installing it. Thanks for the help.

Make sure you plug everything back in. There should be no CEL issues.

you might get a CEL after you put all the sensors on, but that should only be temporary, the CEL should go away within a few miles. i think the reason why it comes on is because of getting used to the new airflow, this happened to me, might not happen to you
