On my 95 the question concerns the switch that disables the other people from opening the windows. When it is engaged, all I can open is my own window and not the others. Is this the way yours is? Is it possible to get it to where all the windows can be opened by the driver but not by anyone else? TYIA for your help.

The Owner's Manual says When the lock button is pushed in only the driver side window can be opened or closed. This is controlled by the Driver Door Control Unit (Local Control Unit 01) which is a sealed electronic component. The factory service manual treats all electronic control units as "black boxes", providing no information about the internals.

In simple terms, your power window system is WAD (Working As Designed) and you can't change it.
