installing fog lights

installing fog lights

does any1 know how to install fog lights on a 96 maxima that clearly doesnt have them and has that weird cover/grill in its place...thnx,,,

ps. i looked for the answer and couldnt find it, if it exists a link would be much appreciated or an aswer

if you have the OEM fogs, youll need to cut the "cover/grill" off, and mount em, if you have aftermarket ones, you can still cut that spot out, or mount them whereever you please.

EDIT: BOX CUTTER WILL BE YOUR FRIEND!

lol, but do u know how to actually install them...

im an 18 yr old who only knows how to change oil, tires etc, basic stuff,,,sry for these pesky questions...

its gonna have to be custom man....im not sure if there are wires run for the fogs...sometimes even though there are no foglights, the maximas have wires allready ran....if there are wires...you can just cut the plastic out and mount the foglight..the oem fogs will obviously fit in the cut out sections...and again if there are wires just plug and play.. if theres no wires thats gonna be even harder...as for mounting the fogs in place....not sure what to hold them in place with....just my 2 cents
