"City lights" wiring

just thinking about putting in some city lights, and i know how to make them and whatnot, but i wanted to wire them up so theyd only be on while the parking lights are on, but now when the headlights come on. is this even possible? if all else fails, i can wire them to my fogs, which have now been re-wired, so that could work, but i just dont really want them on while the headlights are on. any ideas are greatly appreciated.

use a relay and run power from the battery and a wire off of the corner light for your turn on wire
