I have noticed a lot of people, with quality work under their hoods. What all can be done under the hood? I see the painted valve cover. I will be doing that, but things like spark plug wires and other stuff, what suggestions could you all offer for me? Your suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'll do that. But that's not all I want to do. As a matter of fact, that gets done when I get home from work.

I think he means getting different color spark plug wires or spark plug wire covers, maybe painting the cylinders, or painting the fstb GENIOUS...not cleaning the engine with armor all. I don't know where people get this stuff, I'm tryin to find some myself, but just be creative.

I didn't think about painting the FSTB. Anyone else do this? I don't use Armor All, to cheap. Spark plug wires, are their any performance one's out there?

Armor All doesn't last, I either use pure silicon or black magic "tire wet".

Spark plug wires

Forget about the spark plug wires.

The Max uses a direct injection fuel injection system. If you look at the spark plug wires, you'll see that they are not user replaceable, un-like older generation cars with distributors, etc.

i wouldnt use armor all on a daily basis. It makes any dirt or dust stick to whatever you applyed it to. I use this new stuff by Armor All called Multi-purpose auto cleaner. It cleans any crap off engine parts and wont attract dirt/dust.
The only time i use armor-all under the hood is when i compete at shows. Even then i use good *hit like spray silicone to give that "new car" look.
