Clacking Noise on my Tape Deck

Hey Guys:

I posted this before, but some I still need some more info.

My stock Bose radio makes this sound when ever I turn the car on, it basically tries to eject the tape, even thought there is nothing inside. (very anoying). Some one mention that the cable to power the TAPE deck part of the radio can be cut-off, (since I never use the tape)

Before I start experimenting, ... Any one knows how to do this?

thanks.

If you want to open it and disconnect it you can, but why mess with that when you can go aftermarket?

I may go after market, but I didn't want to mess with the OEM look (cause I like it). Maybe I'll put in one of those TV's instead of the radio, and put the HU underneath on that packet, like some others in the org. In the mean time, I wanted to get rid of that noise.
