Torn leather!

Word.

Anyways, On the top of my center console (which is leather (stalk)), i have a tear in it.. if i squeeze the leather together the white disappears as i hold it.
Any idea on how to patch this up or make it look pretty?

I got 17% in sewing at school, please keep that in mind.

they sell kits at walmart and automotive stores that are for filling in/patching up small rips in leather and it comes with paints to match it. not sure how well they work, i imagine like most things the more you take your time and work at it, it would come out better. that's what i'd try first before buying a new lid from a junkyard or from someone on here in the for sale forum. goodluck

Those kits suck. Get a new lid or get some vinyl and refinish it yourself with some epoxy.

The lid is vinyl by the way. Its not leather

Are you talking about the armrest part?

If you are then you can get a real leather piece for it and a ebrake and shift boot to match from here. http://www.redlinegoods.com/MaximaA32armrest.shtm
