Need Help 97 Max Stalling

Have A 97 Maxima Automatic And I've Been Having Stalling Problems. The Car Shuts Off While Making Sharp Turns The Rpm's Dip And It Cuts Off But The Radio And Lights Work And It Starts Right Back Up. It Also Shuts Off Sometimes When I Try To Reverse. The Check Engine Light Isnt On And They're Aren't Any Codes In The Computer. I've Installed A New Knock Sensor And Gotten New Spark Plugs And Cleaned The Throttle Body. I Took It To A Mechanic And He Said It Might Be Electrical But Doesnt Know Exactly What. I'm At My Wits End Please Help Thanks

I've been posting my stalling issue too - maybe you read it. Mine mainly happens when coming to a stop, but also sometimes hesitates at higher speeds. I've cleaned the TB, IACV, replaced the coolant temp sensor, and adjusted the throttle position sensor, and still have prob. Org members have suggested I clean/replace the crankshaft position sensors, and check the fuel pump. Could also be coils. Lots of stuff to check for this type of intermittent problem. I'll post when its fixed. Goodluck

Mass air flow filter. Get a new one. See results.

EGI harness if it happens when shifting in or out of drive/reverse. It can also happen when turning corners. If you absolutely CANNOT find anything else, check your EGI harness where it bends around by the passenger side toward the firewall. It makes a lot of twists at that spot and can break the wires in the harness.
