First- what is the setup on the max- struts up front and shocks in the back? Second, it looks like my max, after only 55k needs rear "Shocks" and rubber bushings for the shocks. THEY WANT 500 BUCKS!I have the Nissan security plus extended warranty and the dealer says its not covered, although I could have sworn that they had once replaced the front struts. How could they replace the struts and not have the shocks covered as well? At any rate, if indeed it is not covered, (i don't have the warranty book in front of me-anybody know?) what is a good aftermarket replacement that will mimic the stock SE setup? How much should rear shocks cost? I cant afford a whole dop-suspension right now.
