this is driving me crazy.
i want a resistor for my led mod on the a/c vents.
i went to radioshack the people who work there dont know anything.
if i were to buy a resistor for the 12v cigarette lights output thing, what do i need to look for? 12v resistor????? because if so, radioshack doesnt have them and i need to know where i can get some.

IIRC u need a 470ohm resistor

Get the soiter in LED's with the highest MCD's in the color you want. Then use the ratings on the package in the formula. If you don't wanna do that go here.
