banning ip isnt that simple anymore. most highspeed and even dial up are dynamic, so if they blocked him today, tomorrow he could renew his ip and bam hes in here again with burberry this burberry that. what we need to do is hold maxxus in florida near his place and well you guys can figure out the rest........

With a dynamic IP, even if they renew it, the DHCP server usually would give that computer the same IP unless that computer have not been used and powered off for a long period of time. Then another computer can obtain that IP address. My router had the same dynamic IP address for months, even a year, before it changed. Plus, now these days, annonimity proxies are being used. If you chain several of those together, your IP (dynamic or not) is hard for anyone to obtain, thus they can't ban it.

burberry is a english company that makes fine stuff or whatever....anyway its probably fake in that car i mean its tommy ali, the scam artist of the century and voted most likely to be in the hospital for showing up to a maxima meet.
