any1 have a pic of engine?

like a diagram that points out what each part under the hood is...???

like i wanna know what is what etc...(and more importantly where the god damn absolute pressure sensor is since no1 is helping me with that)

well u can use ur car manual for other use or go to ur local library and check out the repair manual for maximas or buy one.

its annoying...cause nowhere can i find a pic or a description of the absolute pressure sensor...god damnit

you mean the map sensor...manifold absolute pressure sensor?

i would imagine it is one of the sensors on or around the intake manifold. there is so many of them you may have to look at a a book or manual to find it. but now that i think about it i dont know if our cars even have one? we have maf sensors instead. are you sure it even exists on the 4th gen maxima?

i did the ecu check...and i received a "absolute pressure sensor"
i understand that people dont believe me cause when i search that **** anywhere else i dont FIND ****...but the code i got is 0803 i believe...so i guess it does exist or that ecu site is wrong...
wat u guys think?
edit: where is the maf located?

the ecu site has alot to be desired...get the code pulled at autozone for free

my dad took the maxima to the dealer,,,and the inspection sheet or watever the f@ck says "absolute pressure sensor" estimated price with labour....350

godddd..lol

The MAP sensor and solenoid are mountd at the rear (transaxle end) of the left-bank(front) cylinder head.

Courtesy of Haynes Repair Manual $20 odd bucks well worth it

wrong info i think. aps is mounted on the snorkel that attaches to the radiator support.
