I'm trying to disassemble the old ones, and have managed to get everything apart and the rubber removed. I'm having trouble removing the inner and outer sleeves. Any ideas?

My inner sleeve wasnt stuck. You could try heating it up and prying and twisting at the same time.

For the outer, remove the rest of the rubber. Then insert a hcaksaw blade to cut the sleeve (but not into the arm). Then pry out the sleeve with a screwdriver.
