coolant is weird lookin

checked my coolant reservoir today. [the translucent jug near the washer fluid] I peeked inside and I saw lotsa grime and debris settled on the bottom. The fluid itself looked clean and not burnt. Also, green bubbles, just like if you were to pour oil in water, were floating around the edges. Normal? or coolant flush? Ive had the acidity levels checked a couple weeks ago and it was fine.

motorvate.ca write up doesn't seem to be working right now (I think I have it saved at home somewhere) so I can post instructions in the evening

My advice would be to replace the coolant

Who checked the pH of the coolant - you or a rad shop? Take it to a reasonable radiator shop and ask their opinion. You need the right paper to show where the pH falls within the band.
