Hey guys, I just took out my stock headlights, and the wire colors are not matching with my new wiring harness, i was curious if anyone knew which color goes with which, i dont even have a black ground wire!!!!

I really need to get these lights in in the next few hours, please help.....

Finally i finished the install, but just temporarily sealed the wires in what appeared to be the right fashion so i could leave and get to work on time.
Everything seemed fine,but now i have one headlight on high beam, and the other on low beam, i tried switching the wires, and there was no change! this doesnt make any sense to me at all, but i'm going to look at it tomorow morning and figure out what i did wrong, after all, there's only 3 wires, it can't be that hard...

get a voltmeter and check which wire goes live with low beams / high beams.

if you look at the write-up it shows you which wire is what. the colors dont match on mine either. there should be 3 wires coming out of the harness: ground, low and high beams. i forget which is what but the write-up tells all. i think its pretty much the same wiring as the stock 9004 harnesses. not sure cuz i dont remember... if you give me your email i can send you the write up that tells you what wire goes where.

OR do what nadir_s said: use a voltmeter to check.

Are Cefiro Headlights direct fit in the maximas or does it need body modifications??

Currently i have 1996 Maxima w/ 1999 crystal Headlight w/ OSRAM HID lamps...
Anybody, please advise on what yr. Cefiro headlights i need, and pls let me know where I can purchase these headlights.
