new wheels or interior redo

I need your opinions guys!!!

Should i upgrade my wheels to a 19" or 20" wheels or redo my interior. I have been shopping around and both would cost me about the same.

Wheels will be from these following manufacturers: Rays, Works, Enkei, SSR, or Advan

And for the interior. Everything will be converted to black color (door insert and back seat). I'll be replacing the front seat with racing seats either from Sparco, Corbeau, Bride, Recaro. I'll be replacing my JT Real aluminum dash kit with a real C/F dash kit and redo/extend my center console to accomodate DVD change and playstation if i have enough time. I need to get it done by mid May.

Hopefully my conversion to 5 spd gets done too.

Thanks in advance guys!!!
Eric

Yea do the interior, the wheels can always wait. Its always nice to have a comfortable cabin you can enjoy EVERY time you step into the car.

interior because you can sell your stock stuff and make some of the money back, and you'll love it all year 'round!

Go for interior since you already have rims. Upgrade them later.

Def. do the interior first!! Jepht20 has a good point, you can sell your interior you have now and get money towards the rims, pretty good trade-off. Your car is pretty damn hot as is right now...

Thanks for the responses guys!!! I guess I better start making some calls to get it rolling. I'll redo the interior first. Anyone got hookups with racing seats? I want them to be name brand like the ones i mentioned for extra points at the car show and also be comfortable to sit on. I've tried a few of my friends seats and my big A_ _ just don't fit.
