Camshaft Position Sensor Leak

Camshaft Position Sensor Leak
Along with many of you out there, I have spent some time tracking down a couple of pesky oil leaks One, the oil pressure sending unit, was a quick fix.
The second I found is from the camshaft position sensor (CPS). I have yet to check the resistance to see if the CPS is good/bad, but I did do a little research on replacement parts. The CPS is about $55 so that would be no big deal to replace but but I also found a CPS o-ring on one of the online parts sites. Now, I don't see any mention of the o-ring in the manual and Conicelli doesn't even list one in their parts list. I popped the CPS off my vehicle and also don't see an o-ring there.
My query: has anyone out there changed out their CPS and if so, did it come with an o-ring or some other kind of gasket?
Thanks.

Replaced Both
My local Nissan dealer did not have the O-ring in stock so I went ahead and bought a package of assorted "under-the-hood" O-rings (~$4) and fixed that leak.
Given the number of comments regarding the propensity of the OEM oil pressure sending unit (OPSU) to leak I went ahead and bought an aftermarket version ($7). I was kind of surprised that the OPSU didn't have some kind of gasket - just metal to metal when you screw it in. The aftermarket's design did seem to be a bit better with a more tapered slope behind the threads than the OEM version - hopefully that'll create a better seal and not have to be replaced every 20K or so like the OEM...
Degreased the engine and will monitor for leaks...
BTW, for those of you that replaced your OPSU: did you have a 27mm deep well socket/wrench handy or did you just use pliers/vicegrips? Kind of a bear to get at if you ask me...
