I could really use some help. Rims and rear hub/dust covers

Ok so I put my summer rims and tires back on yesterday, except today someone tells me it looks like my rear right rim is going to fall off. I take a look and for sure it is not centered on the car. Hard to explain but it looks like the half of the rim facing forward is facing in towards the car. Upon closer inspection I notice that the cause is probably due to the fact that my rims do not make it over the rear wheels dust covers for the wheel bearings. I didn't notice this as I did the job last night in the dark and it was my first time putting the rims and tires back on.

So now one of the bolts is missing and one never actually tightens. You can put it on and turn it a thousand times and it will not tighten! Plus I believe I bent the dust covers nicely in my work last night. I'm really afraid I did something serious to the car. Everything is closed right now so I can;t even bring it to a Speedy or Midas and have them take a look. So any words of wisdom here would be great.

Thanks in advance Steve
