Whining noise?

I just recently noticed a whining noise coming from my front drivers side tire area. I replaced my rotors and brakes about a month ago, but the noise doesn't seem to be coming from the brakes, more like the area of the cv boot. I can only hear this noise when I am going under 25mph, and then it goes away. Once the car comes to a complete stop, the noise stops. Any info would help.

Sounds like the wheel bearings. Heres a test that you can do. Hold your tire from top and bottom and try to pull and push it. If it goes back and forth, you have a wheel bearing issue.

I'll have to try that out. I was starting to think that it was possibly the cv boot, but I have always heard of a clicking noise when its cv related.
