I just wanted to get some opinions on the value of my car. Im in the process of selling it to a friend but i was wondering how much i should sell it for. Its a 1997 Black max with all options and leather. The car is in perfect condition inside and out. The only downfall of the car is that it has 127000 miles but the car runs perfect. I was thinking about somewhere in the 5000$ area... what do you think???

 

$5000 is a great price. I know I would pick it up if I was looking for one. If the buyer knew anything about Maximas, they wouldn't consider 127,000 miles a downfall.

the blue book value is 5100 and the trade in value was 3400, what would you guys sell the car for???

 

I bought my '97 Max with 117,000 for $5,000 exactly. It is the GLE trim with all possible options including heated seats, BOSE, sunroof, etc. I love it. Good luck selling your max. I'd ask for around $5,300 or so, since it's black.
