does 02 sensor brand matter???

i previously replaced my 2 front 02 sensors...now the rear one has gone bad. i am checking out what they have at www.oxygensensors.com and they have a set of different prices for different brands. bosch is the most expensive...does that mean they are the best for 02 sensors??? does it really matter???
