LOL WOW!!! is this bad?

we hooked up my freinds ODB II to my maxima toinght and got this ****:

P0100
P0150
P0325
P0136

*MAF or VAF circuit malfunction
*o2 sensor circuit malfunction (bank 2 sensor 1)
*Knock sensor 1 circuit malfunctuion bank 1 or sensor 1
*o2 sensor circiut malfunction (bank 1 sensor 2)

soo is this why im getting sluggish acellaration, poor gas milage and getting owned by hondas?

once i fix these will my car preform better?

where is the MAF located? is it a sensor? or somithng else and how do i fix it? i know how to fix the other 3 problems.

wtf is a VAF? i think thats for a mevi but i dont have 1.

MAF is your mass airflow sensor. its located on your intake just after the filter.

i found a knock sensor brand new on ebay for 89 dollars, SWEET. can i just go to the junk yard with a multimeter and test the other 02 sensors and then get em from there insted of paying the ridiculis price of 60 dollars on e bay for 1 sensor?
