Replacing Bose headunit

My Bose headunit in my '95 SE seems to have died. Since there are lots of 97-99 Bose headunits on ebay, can I put one of these into a '95? I'm mostly concerned if the existing wiring harness will connect to the newer headunits.

just buy the same one you had...I dont know if the later model will plug in
