I'm not sure what these are...but if you could help at all I would really appreciate it.

First, there is a squeaking sound under the front left wheel well while going over bumps in the road and things like that. Currently both front tire wells have a sound when going over speed bumps in the morning..usually only when it's cold. I figured that was because of the cold, but this squeaking is happening all the time and just sounds bad.

Also, I was driving on some rough road this weekend and heard a loud PING like something metal hitting something else metal. I pulled over and checked the road but saw nothing, nothing appeared wrong under my hood and the car has run fine since, no lights or anything.

If you have any ideas let me know, I would appreciate it. I'm thinking maybe I need new struts but I'm not sure.

Sounds like your struts are blown....

 

That's what I was thinking...but always good to have more than my own opinion

 

well go to your car and look at your strusts, you can sometimes tell by just looking at it, you can see if your dust boots are ripped open or you can see if there is some oil on your strusts and springs.
also your car would be very bouncy when you brake or hit pot holes.

I believe the squeaking sound that you are hearing may be from your sway bar links, i had the same problem too. As for that lound sound you are hearing now, check your lower ball joint bolt for tightness, yes again i had the same noise.
