Hey Guys, does anyone have one of these gauges on their Max? Autometer makes various models, but what I'm wanting to know is... have you hooked it up to one of the Factory o2 sensor wires? or did you have to run a seperate o2? I'm a little concerned about screwing up the o2 by tapping in an extra wire for the gauge.

I just tapped into my ECU to the front O2 wire..

 

Mine is tapped into the front O2 sensor, I had it for over a year now. No problems. I have this one http://www.egauges.com/vdo_mult.asp?...tra-Lite&Cart=

 

make sure u test the wire for voltage and dont hook up to the wrong one or u will fry ur )2 sensor...ECU is better less wire to run

 

did this for a friend as well.

 

was it pretty easy? coz im fixing to get one pretty soon!!
